• How do I check the status of my Restoration Parts Unlimited Inc order?

  Checking on your shipments progress is easy! • What if my order is damaged in shipping?

  Damage to a shipment in transit is rare and unfortunates. When your order arrives, please inspect all boxes for damage immediately upon receipt. Report any discrepancies or damage to Restoration Parts Unlimited Inc Customer Service at 1-888-936-1119 or email us within 5 days of receipt. Please take pictures of the original damaged boxes and packaging materials and forward them to us and we will take it from there and get replacements of the affected parts out to you quickly.

• What is the Restoration Parts Unlimited Inc return policy?

  We understand that sometimes a part isn't used on a project or gets ordered incorrectly. Restoration Parts Unlimited Inc has a no-hassle returns policy for product that has not been installed within the first 30 days of delivery for orders within the contiguous US. • How do I cancel an order?

  Please email us any order cancellation requests. We will assist you with the request and process the order cancellation. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled and must follow our returns policy upon receipt of the shipment.

  Restoration Parts Unlimited Inc is staffed by car guys and girls and we understand that the options of colors, styles and options can sometimes be overwhelming. • How will my Restoration Parts Unlimited Inc orders ship?

  Restoration Parts Unlimited Inc distributes worldwide. Our services include UPS, USPS and LTL options. UPS is used to ship to the United States contiguous 48 states. USPS Priority and Priority International is used for shipments outside of the United States contiguous 48 states, including APO destinations. International shipments do require a shipping quote that can be obtained by contacting us via email.

• Does Restoration Parts Unlimited Inc offer free shipping?

  Restoration Parts Unlimited Inc does offer free shipping within the contiguous 48 states via UPS Ground service on qualifying items and orders. Items eligible for free shipping will show “Free Shipping” next to the add to cart button on the product page. Check out our "terms and conditions" on the rpui.com for more details.

• Will my Restoration Parts Unlimited Inc order ship all in one shipment?

  Restoration Parts Unlimited Inc has several strategically placed warehouses to better serve you and get product to you quickly. Please note that orders with multiple products may ship separately from different warehouses and that stocking merchandise typically ships within 1-2 days of orders being received. Shipping time on orders for products that are custom or made to order varies. Please look for the estimated delivery date on the product page. On all international and Canadian orders, all duties, taxes and brokerage fees are the recipient's responsibilities.
