Drum brakes on a 1967-1972 GM A-Body fade on long stops and need constant adjustment. This Right Stuff kit converts the GM A-Body to power 4-wheel disc brakes and is built around a 2" drop, so stance and stopping get sorted together. Why It's Worth It: 11" booster for power assist. Rear discs end drum fade and adjustment. Application-specific for the 1967-1972 GM A-Body. Application-specific kit rather than a universal setup. Before You Order: This is the 2" drop version; stock-height cars need a different kit. Confirm your lug pattern and that your wheels clear the calipers before ordering. Check firewall and valve cover clearance for the 11" booster. Going to 4-wheel disc changes front/rear bias, so check your proportioning valve setup. Pre-bent TRS brake line kits are available separately to finish the conversion. Bleed the system and bed in the pads after installation.
