RPUI Announces Sale of Automotive Carpet Product Line to ACC - 10/23/2017
Lebanon, OH – Restoration Parts Unlimited, Inc. (RPUI), an automotive aftermarket restoration parts company, announced today that its subsidiary, Trim Parts, sold assets associated with its automotive carpet and floor mat product line to Automotive Custom Carpets (ACC), an industry-leading manufacturer of automotive replacement carpets. RPUI will leverage the sale of this non-core product line to invest in and strengthen its core, branded product lines that hold a clear and strong market position.
