Brake and Clutch Master Cylinder Pushrod Details

Customer

I have a 1960 Austin Healey BT7 that has non-adjustable pushrods for the brake and clutch master cylinders. There is way too much free play when depressing either pedal so I am looking for an adjustable pushrod to fix this problem. Your part R03 seems to fit the description but I don't know the size details. Can you tell me if this part would fit an Austin Healey or at least provide me with details on the part size (max and min length, rod diameter, yoke pin diameter, yoke depth.
Thanks in advance,
Jim

Hi James, from the point the pin goes through to the end of the rod you can get a length of 6.75"-7.50". The hole diameter for the pin is .382". The rod diameter is .352". The two holes in the yoke are .52" apart. From the yoke hole to the edge of the yoke it is about 1.75". Not sure about fitment on an Austin Healey. Hope that helps. Thanks.
